Biography

Born on July 28, 1948 in the city of Mariinsk, Kemerovo region.

Painter, member of the Union of Artists of Russia since 1995, Winner of the Novosibirsk Region Governor's Award in the field of culture and art (2008), Honorary Worker of Culture of the Novosibirsk Region (2009).

In 1968 he graduated with honors from the theater and decoration department of the Art School in Rostov-on-Don. He studied with E.Y. Shevchenko, T.F. Teryaev.

Since 1971 he has been living in Novosibirsk. Until 1992, he worked as a designer at the Novosibirsk Creative and Production Combine of the Art Fund of the RSFSR. Since 1974, he has participated in more than 98 art exhibitions - regional, republican, All-Union and regional, including 21 personal ones.
