Serene blue

The painting is done in a mixed style. Here you can see realistic mountains in the distance and expressive textures of sea foam.
The work is painted in oil on canvas. Previously, I used texture paste and a palette knife, with which I created rough textured strokes. The sunlight highlights the water mirror very nicely. The work is done in blue. I wanted to convey the power and beauty of the sea wave, the play of light in the water column, the chaotic play of jets of sea water. Against their background, the calm and majestic silhouettes of the mountains add stability and harmony to expressive work.
I used very different painting techniques to convey the beauty of the water, sunset and sea foam.
