The lightness of being...
is living in the awareness of the present moment, here and now.
This is an understanding that our future does not always develop according to our scenario. It does not depend only on us. The world is multifaceted and not always everything happens the way we planned for ourselves.
This is the ability to recognize oneself as imperfect and live with this imperfection, because we are different and have the right to do so.
It is the ability to recognize the world as it is. Do not try to make it perfect for yourself personally, because everyone has their own ideas about ideality.
This is the ability to recognize the right of other people to their own vision of this world, to their uniqueness or their imperfection. And respect them, whatever they are.
It is the ability to recognize the past as the past. Do not go over tragic events and grievances that have passed a long time ago every day, but let them take their place in the archive of your memory, let the past calm down and go on a long rest.
