New friends of human beings

Artificial intelligence increases human productivity significantly. Whatever everyone’s position on this issue, optimistic or skeptical, it is already clear that everything around is changing at enormous speed, which is even increasing with the further development of AI. The further we go, the more obvious it becomes that we live in a world that we understand less and less. All that remains for us is a vague flickering of the consequences of this premonition, now ignited by hope, now extinguished by frightening uncertainty.
Doubts flash and throw out more and more new questions: will this development, which we already barely control, lead to the emergence of an unknown and formidable force, virtual deities that control humanity and all spheres of life? Will we move even further away from what is commonly called natural by multiplying the number of filters between man and the environment? Or are we on the verge of a new wave of magical thinking? Are we going deeper and deeper into the dark “Dantean” forest?

These works are pictorial collages of AI-generated images and photographs. Different materials and overly saturated colors also enhance the fragmentation, ambiguity and multi-layered nature of the present moment. But the chosen medium is classic, since the experiences remain completely human, bodily, and even partly lie in the biological spectrum of survival and dominance of species.
