Victor Loukianov was born on August, 19th, 1957 in Moscow.

The winner and the prize-winner of the international competitions of painting (Spain, 2001ã.).
The winner in a nomination "For Spirituality in the Fine Arts" (2001ã.),
the prize-winner (2002ã.) the Moscow international exhibition-competition of modern painting "Golden Brush".
In 2003 he was awarded by Grand Prix at the Moscow competition of modern painting "Golden Brush".
Together with "Rossotrudnichestvo" (earlier - "Roszarubezhtsentr") Victor Loukianov actively represents modern Russian art abroad.
