It is noon. Llanos de Troia

This absolutely Martian landscape completely captured me. I havent painted so inspired for a long time. It worked easily and quickly. Blue sky, palm trees and hardened lava sanctified by the sun. Everywhere penetrating light, from this lightness and weightlessness of the depicted objects.
