Aragonese Castle

Aragonese Castle is a medieval castle next to Ischia one of the Phlegraean Islands, at the northern end of the Gulf of Naples, Italy.The castle stands on a volcanic rocky islet that connects to the larger island of Ischia by a causeway Ponte Aragonese. The stone of the Aragonese fortress in the sun plays with different shades, with all the restraint of color, the richness of old textures and close tones, the variety of surfaces causes a bewitching effect. Flowers and trees are already growing right in the stone.
