Biography

Gavrilov Sergey Lvovich was born on December 27, 1963 in Moscow.In 1980-1983 he studied at the Moscow School of Artistic Crafts. After serving in the SA, in 1986 he entered the Moscow Higher School of Art and Industry (B. Stroganov), from which he graduated in 1992. Since 1991 (while still studying), he began to exhibit / sell, on the recommendation of the MOSH, his paintings in the network of art salons "Moscow Artist". Since 1995, the artist has been living through the realization of his work.The main genres are landscape, still life. The artist pays great attention to graphic techniques.He exhibited in various places, including the Central House of Artists, the Elena Gallery, etc. He was not a member of creative unions. Repeated trips to the Russian North, as well as the study of folklore, ethnography, mythology, etc., related to the peoples of Russia, had a special influence on the content of creativity.
