Shandin Alexey

Biography

Born in Moscow in 1978. Graduated from University of Russian Academy of Education (1999-2005), professor B. Nemensky.
Works as designer from 1996.
The main theme of artists's works is urban landscape (Sankt-Petersburg, Moscow, Lvov, Istanbul, Marrakesh, Paris).
The base of inspiration is creativity of impressionists, expressionists and Russian realistic school.
In 2010, 2011 and 2012 - participant of the international project "Palette of Freedom."
In 2011 - member of the international plein air in Turkey Nikomedia Resim Kampüsü.
In 2014 - participant of the exhibition "Tiho Novie" in the Public International Foundation of Slavic Literature and Culture in Moscow.
His works are in public galleries and private collections in Russia, Ukraine, USA and Turkey.
Regularly participates in charitable and community projects.

From 2012 to 2015, he taught painting, drawing and composition. He conducted the author's course "The Basics of Fine Arts", classes on painting with a palette knife, classical painting and finger painting, the course "Fundamentals of Watercolor".

Member of the Intrnational Federation of Artists.
