About Artist:
Victor Arseni is a portrait-painter living and working in Moldova. He was born in the city of Kishinev, Moldova. He attended “Schusev Art School” from his four year of schooling.
This was followed by studies at I.Repin Art College.
After he graduated from the art college, he has been invited for a job in the State Museum of the Fain Artist of Moldova. Since 1991 Victor worked as an artist-restorer in the State Art Museum of Moldova.
In 1993 he was one of founders of the constant exhibition-sale of pictures in the center of the city of Kishinev, often called “Kishinev Arbat”.

Victor’s pictures are stored in private collections of many countries of the world, such as: Italy, England, Germany, the USA, Turkey, Romania, Belgium, Russia, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Israel, Armenia, Greece and other countries.

Is a well known artist. You can recognize his artwork easily. Victor Arseni brilliant color palette and perfection of composition will always attract your attention. Victor Arseni is becoming one of the most collected artists today. His work continues to grow in value and yet can still be purchased at affordable price.
