Fire Dance

The painting is large, "energetic", in an intense color, built on the contrast of dark olive-green and rich orange-red tones. The textured "substrate", the high density of the paint layer and the multi-layered technique of writing create the illusion of "movement" of the petals and the effect of shining light areas and highlights.
