Heshteh

The picture from the series "The Spirit of the Time" tells about the destroyed monastery complex of the Sentin Church in the village of Teberda, KCR. The female Orthodox Spasso-Preobrazhensky monastery was built in the second half of the nineteenth century. In Soviet times, it was destroyed. The picture shows a piece of a wall of an old building with a lattice. Multilayer colored plaster, rusty metal tapes of the window opening remind us of the events of a distant history.
