The Bauman Garden is one of the favorite places for Muscovites to walk, a gift from Prince M. P. Golitsyn to the city at the end of the XVIII century. The territory of the garden is an object of cultural heritage.
The Golitsyn estate of the XVIII century. At the base of the house there is a 16th-century masonry. There is a version that it was the travel palace of the Grand Duke of Moscow Vasily III (03/25/1479 — 12/3/1533).
