The Mindovsky Mansion. 1904
Architect Lev Kekushev (1862-1917).
It was built in the style of Franco-Belgian Art Nouveau by the Moscow trade and construction joint-stock company Yakov Rekka, not under the order of the owner, but for sale.
In 1909, Ivan Alexandrovich Mindovsky (1836-1912), a hereditary merchant, manufacturer, from the Old Believers, became the owner of the house.
From 2017 to 2019, architectural restoration was carried out in the house, as well as historical interiors were restored. And the recreated sculpture of Aurora, lost during the Patriotic War, has returned to the roof.
