There are two interesting houses at the intersection of Maly Rzhevsky and Khlebny lanes.

The first is the former estate of the gold miner I.I. Nekrasov house 20/3 (1906) (now the residence of the Chili ambassador) in the style of English neo-Gothic. Architect R.I. Klein, author of the museum projects. Pushkin, the store "Mur and Meriliz" (TsUM), Middle shopping malls and others.

The second - house number 6 architect S.U. Solovyov. This house is the only creation of the architect in the Art Nouveau style. Sergei Ustinovich lived in his own mansion until 1912, then until 1917 the artist and illustrator Pavel Yakovlevich Pavlinov lived in the house.

The place is captured in the 8th (0:30:40) and 9th (0:18:11) episodes of the cult series Seventeen Moments of Spring. The house played the role of a Gestapo safe house, where the radio operator Kat was kept.
