Biography
From early childhood he was engaged in fine arts. He graduated from a Children's Art School with an academic orientation.
He continued his creative work as a hobby, which does not limit inspiration. Strives for sincere, optimistic expression.
Inspired by the works of grandfather Nikolai, who, along with academic painting, made fantasy wooden sculptures and painted them, achieving a realistic effect.
Learns and combines different techniques, transferring skills from one to another.
In 2018, he studied gong-bi, one of the traditional directions of Chinese painting. (工笔 gōng bǐ)- literally translated from Chinese as "careful or diligent brush". Philosophically, the style is based on traditional symbolism.
He studied with Chinese masters Li Zhe and Li Xiaoming. Some works in the gong-bi style have become participants in international exhibitions.
