Kutkovoi
Victor Semyonovich.


He was born in 1949.
He graduated from the Krasnodar Art College and the Art and Graphic Faculty of the Leningrad State Pedagogical Institute named after A.I. Herzen.
He has been exhibiting works since 1968. Participant of republican, zonal and regional exhibitions of the Union of Artists of Russia. Diploma holder of the 1st degree of the All-Russian Exhibition of Decorative Art.
Kutkov's paintings are in private collections in Russia, Germany, Holland, Italy, Latvia, USA, Finland, France, former. Yugoslavia.
Member of the Union of Artists of Russia.
Together with N.G. Kutkovaia, he painted three iconostases and many icons for Novgorod churches.
Candidate of Philosophical Sciences. He is engaged in the philosophy of the icon. His articles are found on many websites on the Internet, published in many domestic and foreign journals.
