In the east of the Himalayas, among the endless peaks, stands Machapuchare, a mountain known as the "Fish Tail." However, its true name is a symbol of grandeur and impenetrability. This is a place where no human has set foot, a place that remains sacred, hidden from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, and devoid of the touch of civilization at an altitude of 6998 meters.
Machapuchare is not just a mountain. It is a legend, a myth, and a realm of the gods. Her forms contain the strength and power of nature that defies the passage of time. Her slopes and sharp peaks remind us of the insignificance of human existence in the face of eternity.
Legend has it that Shiva, the great God, resides here. Every shadow that falls upon her icy slopes echoes in the hearts of those who seek the mysteries of the universe.
My work is a reflection of Machapuchare through the lens of inspiration and awe. I have tried to capture its mystical allure, its power, and its elusiveness. Its not just an image of a mountain, its an invitation to feel its breath, to touch its mystery, even from a distance.
