Biography

BELKINA KSENIA VLADIMIROVNA
Born on May 12, 1983 in the city of Khanty-Mansiysk, Russian Federation.

Received a multi-level education. In 2005 she graduated from the art department
Khanty-Mansiysk “College of Arts and Culture”, then in 2005 she received a diploma
Bachelor's degree and in 2008 a Master's degree in Design from the Ural Architectural and
Art Academy" in Yekaterinburg.

Member of the Union of Artists of Russia in the “Graphics” section since 2012.

Since 1998, she has been actively involved in exhibition activities, she is a laureate of
Russian and international exhibitions and plein airs. Such as: international plein air and final
exhibition in Greece, Didimoticho (2004), “The First All-Russian Youth Exhibition of Graphic
art in Tyumen" (2011), international Triennial of contemporary graphics (Novosibirsk 2012),
interregional art exhibition “Ural XI”, (Tyumen 2013), Interregional festival of contemporary
art “STERHFEST-BIG WATER” (Khanty-Mansiysk 2013), annual exhibitions of the Union of
Artists of Russia and many other. As well as holding personal exhibitions: “Space” (Khanty-
Mansiysk, 2017), personal exhibition “Impulse” (Surgut, 2021).

The most significant awards: diploma of the 1st degree laureate of the diploma review
competition projects “Debuts in Stroganovka”, Moscow, 2007; first degree diploma student of
Interregional public organization for the promotion of architectural education (MOOSAO) at
the International Review-Competition of Diploma Projects and Works in Architecture,
Moscow, 2007; Second degree laureate diploma of the International Festival of
Contemporary Art “My Yugra”, Khanty-Mansiysk, 2010; second degree laureate diploma in
the nomination “Graphics” of the international art plein air (2020)

The works are in the collections of state museums, as well as private collections: State Art
Museum, Khanty-Mansiysk; Surgut art Museum, Surgut, in private collections in Russia and
abroad.

From 2009 to the present she has been teaching. She is the author of a large number of
conceptual projects, trademarks, and original graphics. In them she strives to convey,
through means accessible to everyone, the ecological attitude of a person towards nature,
who sometimes does not notice the beauty that is literally under his feet. Most often,
graphics are made in ink and watercolor, attracting attention with culture execution, technical
competence, rigor of style, plasticity of images and restraint of colors. Looking at the
presented works you will especially appreciate the uniqueness of the surrounding world.
