The dance of the waves

I was looking down from the cliff. The sight was indescribable. The waves were beating against the rocks, black, so glossy and shiny, but motionless and majestic. A fine drizzle sprinkled the face and the wind blew cold over the exposed areas of the body. The moisture in the air made the air thick. Under the voices of the waves, thoughts were carried away with the wind to other bays, and unprecedented lands opened up to my imagination
