Kach-Kalyn is the name of a medieval cave town and monastery located in the mountain massif Pychky-Kaya-Bash (Pq Qaya Ba) in the Kacha River Valley in the vicinity of Bakhchysarai (Republic of Crimea, Russia). The fourth grotto of Kachi-Kalyon, a.k.a. the grotto of Saint Anastasia the Pharmakolytria, comes out of the mountain and fills up a hole in the rock floor. It is the most revered natural shrine among the Orthodox Christian population of the Kacha River Valley.
