And again, a series of drawings "Wooden architecture of the city of Noginsk". The house at 4 Tolstovskaya Street in the city of Noginsk is famous for the fact that in 1918-1919 the first district committee of the Russian Communist Youth Union (RKSM) was located here. This is evidenced by the memorial plaque on the facade of the mansion, installed in 1980. The house was built between 1899 and 1903.
