Victor Ivanovich Lazarev (1939 - 2007). He studied at the Palekh Art College and the Latvian Academy of Arts. The teacher is an artist, icon painter, restorer. At the end of his life he worked in Sergiev Posad. The theme of the works:- folklore, genre scenes, iconography, landscapes, portraits. The artist's paintings are in private collections.
