This was my first visit to Alexander Pushkin, to the spot where His Work On Earth Was Finished. This is a place dear to every Russian - apartment on the Moika River. Here, in the same February day in 1837 wounded Pushkin was brought after his duel with Dantes on the Chernaya River.
Painted with airbrush and common brush, this piece was entered as the right part in the polyptich jointly the "Metro Vasileostrovskaya" - http://artnow.ru/en/gallery/3/4414/picture/9/208308.html. The work has been presented as a course project by the academic discipline "Painting Composition" of the Univercity`s Department of Fine Arts.
