Panteleyev Elena was born in Vladimir. Elena graduated from Vladimir Pedagogical Institute of Art and graphic department.
Repeatedly participated in local and regional art exhibitions.
Four solo exhibitions in the city of Vladimir.
Many of the paintings purchased for private collections in Russia and France.
