Lake Sevan, Church of Surb Arakelots (Holy Apostles)

We went on an excursion to Lake Sevan. We took a boat ride on the serene water and climbed the mountain to the Sevanavank monastery. There are the ancient churches of Surb Arakelots (Holy Apostles) and Surb Astvatsatsin (Holy Mother of God). Their domes looked very beautiful against the backdrop of a mirror of water.
I sat down on a stone slab to paint a sketch. There was nowhere to hide, and the weather forecast on the Internet gave me an hour and a half before it started to rain. Well, I had to work with some tension.
The Church of the Holy Apostles fit in the figure, but the Church of the Holy Mother of God did not.
The study was painted on watercolor paper by Fabriano with 25% cotton.
