Biography

LEONID ZOLOTAREV(ZOLOTAROV)
Member Of The International European Union Artists "ART Without FRONTIERS"
Member Of The Creative Union Of Professional Artists (TSPH).
Born in 1964, in Russia-in the village of Filippenkovo, Voronezh oblast.
1979-1983-training in Graphic Art Buturlinovskom teacher training college, majoring in painting and drawing teacher, diploma with honors.
1983-1990-training at the Faculty of architecture-HISI Kharkov Civil Engineering Institute (now Kharkiv National University of construction and architecture), diploma architect, diploma with honors.
1990-1994-work architect in the State Union Institute for design education.
1994-1995 specialist of advertising Department of one of the largest financial firms in Ukraine.
With the 1993 g. illustrated books and magazines. Cooperates with many publishing houses in Ukraine, Russia, Italy, Mexico, United States. Prepares various publications-educational and children's non-fiction and literature for adults. During this time, more than 150 books, journals and textbooks with his illustrations.
Since 2003 works in the field of political illustrations, highlighting the problem of terrorism, military conflicts, world information wars and much more for international magazines "WORLD of the EAST" and "EAST CLUB» (Moscow, Russia).
Since 2004 engaged in painting and restoration of Orthodox churches. One of the great works-reconstruction and restoration of paintings Golbergovskogo (Trehsvjatitelskogo) Temple in Kharkov.
1982-the start of the active exhibition activity: more than 180 collective and more than 50 solo exhibitions during that time passed in many countries-Ukraine, Russia, Poland, Germany, Italy, Turkey, Egypt, Abkhazia, Austria. ..
1980-the beginning of active work on the plein-air. Visited with a sketchbook in many countries in Europe, Asia, Africa, creating a canvas with the views of the most beautiful places of our land. After almost every creative travel exhibitions, showcases art work performed in the open air-paintings, drawings, sketches.
