Biography

Education:I have a higher professional art education. In 2022, I graduated from the Vernadsky Crimean Federal University with a degree in Decorative and Applied Arts.
Since 2024, I have been an active member of the Professional Union of Artists of Russia, and since 2025, a member of the Union of Russian Artists. Thanks to this, I regularly participate in various art exhibitions. My works also frequently appear in catalogs of the Selected Works of the New Itinerants within the framework of the international project “Palette of Reality — Russian World.”
Inspiration
A key source in shaping my style has been Crimea. Daily walks around Yalta, contemplation of the sea and mountains, and the unique light of the Crimean sky have defined my artistic vision.
Choice of Artistic Materials and Style
I develop a direction known as “Crimean Impressionism” — a unique phenomenon born precisely on the peninsula, characterized by a special way of conveying light. In my interpretation, it is a delicate lyrical experience of Crimea’s nature. I paint in my unique authorial manner: using textured oil paint applied with a palette knife, laying it down in dense, relief strokes using the impasto technique. Each thick stroke for me is a way to make the drawing tactile, alive. Thanks to this, my canvases become deep, textured, visually interesting, and “appetizing.” There is no place for dry realism in my work — perception, feeling, and inspiration reign here, intended to uplift the mood of everyone who stops to look at the canvas.
Themes and Philosophy of Creativity
My artistic range is distinguished by a bright, rich palette; the canvases literally “glow from within” — this is how I convey the warmth of the Crimean sun and the joy of the moment. Instead of black in the shadows, I prefer to use deep blues or purples. My creativity is an attempt to capture the unique energy and beauty of the Crimean Peninsula. In my paintings, vivid southern colors come alive, the sunlight shimmers on the sea’s surface, and gentle shadows of cypress trees appear.
In my works, I address the eternal theme of conveying emotions, revealing it through the prism of impressionistic perception. My paintings carry a charge of warmth, light, and vital energy, inviting the viewer to contemplate and deeply emotionally experience the beauty of the surrounding world. This style, imbued with the rhythm and sparkle of the sea, characterizes me as an artist and is evident even in still lifes. I want my paintings to inspire people, lift their spirits, and remind them that even in an ordinary day, there is room for magic if you look at the world with love and an open heart
