Born in 1959 in the village of Bakhrushev, Sakhalin Region. In 1987 he graduated from the Kharkov Art and Industry Institute. Member of the Union of Artists of Russia. His works are kept in museums in Orenburg and private collections in Russia, France, and Canada.
