Biography

Malykh Svetlana Alexandrovna was born in 1979 in the city of Miass , Chelyabinsk region.She graduated from Magnitogorsk State University, Faculty of Art and Graphics in 2002. She took a course of drawing classes at the Repin Academy of Arts. She studied in the painting workshop of I.V. Petrov. In 2023, she was accepted into the Creative Union of Artists of Russia. She taught painting and graphics for 13 years.
The works are in honest collections in Italy, Spain, England and Russia.
Participant of exhibitions in Russia.
The basis of creativity for me has always been academicism. On the basis of it, you can develop any direction in painting. My work was influenced by the current of Impressionism.I write my works exclusively from nature, the only way to feel the subtlety of the soul and convey the energy of life in the eyes.
My favorite genres are portrait and landscape.
I will be glad if my work will give pleasure and find a response in someone's soul.
