Shubina Zoya

Biography

Zoya Shubina graduated from Moscow State Academic Art Institute of V.I. Surikov and is a member of the Moscow Union of Artists and BBK Bremen (Berufsverband Bildender Künstler).

For more than twenty years her art has been shown on international exhibitions, and she also ttok part in international art fairs (Art-Moscow, Art-Manège, Hanse-Art Bremen). She spent some weeks at the artists’residence “Palazzo Rinaldi” in Italy.
As a member of a Russian art group she created paintings for Hotel Estrel in Berlin. For the luxury apartment house “Vienna House” in Moscow she got the commission for several wall paintings.

Some of her paintings belong to the collection of the Eremitage in St. Petersburg.

Together with her colleague Christa Zoch she owns her own gallery: art studio “Zweig” in Bremen.
