Was born in Leningrad. Has graduated from Herzen State Pedagogical University of Russia, Faculty Of Fine Arts. Used to work as the teacher at secondary school, designer. Took part in exhibitions in Petersburg and in the other cities in Russia, in Europe

The basic direction in Andrei's art is painting.
