The artist Dmitry Ivanov (Divanov) was born in 1967 in Leningrad. He graduated from the Leningrad Art College named after V. A. Serov (N. Roerich) in 1987. From 1990 to 2008 he lived in the USA. He participated in exhibitions in New York and New Jersey. Many works are in private collections in the USA, Germany, France, Latvia and Russia.
Since 2008, he has been living and working in St. Petersburg.
He is a member of the Union of Artists of Russia.
