Biography
My name is Elena Bendus, was born in 1972 in the city of Cherkessk, after graduating from the architectural college in 1991, there was no job in the specialty and as a creative drawing person I went to work at a porcelain factory in a painting workshop first as a student. After working for four years, she moved with her family to the Krasnodar Territory, and later entered and graduated from the Art and Graphic Faculty of Kuban State University. She defended her diploma with a children's book, but she also studied painting and enjoyed it, spending a lot of time in the open air.
I love the Kuban villages, where I often spend time sketching.
In painting, I am attracted by the theme of the South Russian landscape, bright, sunny, warm, with a touch of local flavor.
The abundance of sun, the warm climate, the richness and variety of landscapes inspire me to be creative.
