Time road

The artist does not always succeed in painting on topics that he himself would like to display on canvas, but often this is even for the better! When there is a specific request, at least in terms of the plot, fantasy quickly acquires certain features. The same applies to felting.

This work was created for the exhibition dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the PMR. It is based on the idea of succession of generations, as well as the diversity of life, in which there are both joyful events and routine, and all sorts of hardships.
All this is united by our memory, which of thousands of lives, like a thread, weaves our destinies into the history of a single people. To create this canvas, the homespun paths of my grandmother were taken, which is the most symbolic and significant confirmation of the main idea.
