Architectonics of Light

This work was born from a creative experiment that brought me many unexpected discoveries. At first, I carefully developed sketches, distributing the elements of the future composition across different relief levels. But once the first layer was cut out and attached, I abandoned the strict plan and fully trusted the intuitive process. This allowed the composition to emerge freely and multidimensionally.
Layers of precisely cut foam board form an abstract composition where soft arcs meet clear geometry. The work combines five levels of relief, giving it depth and expressiveness. The acrylic coating enriched with marble powder creates a matte texture, while the warm white tone, close to ivory, makes it soft and inviting. Visible brush strokes emphasize the handcrafted character of the panel.
When the work was completed, I reflected on whether a front signature was necessary. Usually, I sign my artworks both on the front and the back. But this piece is closer to decorative works, and its clean design seemed complete in itself. Therefore, the panel is signed on the back. At your request, I can add a delicate signature on the front — in a light beige-gray tone, subtly integrated into the composition without disturbing its harmony.
