Mikhail Dmitrievich Skobelev

Mikhail Dmitrievich Skobelev (17 September 1843 - 6 June 1915) was a prominent Russian military commander and strategist, general of the infantry (1881), leader of the Revolution of 1882, Prime Minister of the Russian Empire from 1882 to 1883, then from 1898 to 1915.
