Dinner

The painting draws on warm childhood memories of my parents cleaning lightly salted herring on a newspaper, with fried potatoes with dill and pickled mushrooms picked in the summer on the plate. The work evokes warmth and profuse salivation.

The painting uses real newspaper, painted in oil and coated with acrylic primer.
"Dinner" has attracted considerable attention at all the exhibitions it has participated in.
