Bright Bougainvillea in a Grey City

Architecture and nature merge into a harmonious visual unity. Tall modern buildings with clear geometry of windows and passages, painted in cool shades - soft purple, gray-beige and blue - serve as a background for expressive and flexible trees of blooming bougainvillea with lush crowns of rich raspberry-pink color.
It is the bougainvillea that becomes the main character of this composition - its trunks bend like ribbons, flow from one level to another, softly growing through the architecture. Bougainvillea flowers, similar to leaves, are painted lively and energetically, with broad strokes, creating a sense of movement, wind and spring.
In this work, an element of fantasy urbanism is traced, when nature not only does not yield to the city, but also organically intertwines with it, transforming strict forms. The color combination of a cold architectural background and a warm natural palette creates an atmosphere of calm dreaminess and hope and beauty.
