Biography
He was born in Ashgabat on February 13, 1950. He studied craft at the department of easel painting of the Frunze Art College named after S. A. Chuikov. In recent years, he began teaching there.
In his works, he tried to fully convey the materiality and picturesqueness of different states of nature, to show the viewer the beauty of the most ordinary things.
Such artists as A. Plastov, I. Levitan, V. Polenov and other painters of the old school had a direct influence on the creative path. He devoted many paintings and sketches to painting views of the Kaluga region, where he lived most of his life. He believed that any real artist learns, first of all, from nature.
