Biography

Evgeniya Mastyaeva is a certified artist and stylist.
She is a graduate from the Kosygin Moscow State Textile University.
Participant and prize-winner of art competitions of painting
and sketch graphics, participant of exhibitions of the Russian Art Week.

The main focus of painting is floristry, botanical motifs and abstraction. Flowers embody for the author the fragile beauty and power of this world. They truly admire their perfection of shapes, proportions, elegant carelessness and spontaneity. Abstraction is a way of communicating through artistic images. An opportunity to reflect on the impermanence of existence, the secrets of the subconscious, the depths of consciousness and the scale of the universe.
The author uses techniques of oil painting and alcohol ink. He prefers pure dark and saturated shades, which he would like to eat, at least with his eyes, like a juicy berry from a bush.
