The Khakass respect shamanism, and this belief is organically connected with nature. It is believed that shamans are intermediaries between the world of spirits and people and have special knowledge. The path of the ancestors (shamans) was one of those places where rituals were performed and gifts were presented to the spirits. The young shaman had to go the entire Path and come back, then special knowledge would be revealed to him.

The painting is part of a large modular painting consisting of 16 canvases, each measuring 30x30 cm. 16 works represent the 4 elements of the earth. The first level of 4 paintings is air. The second level is water. The third level is earth. The fourth level is fire. The idea of the modular painting is to visually represent the places of power in Russia and admire their beauty and grandeur. All 16 paintings are sections of a harmonious artistic ensemble, created in a single style, which, carrying the energy of places of power, improves the owner’s living space. All works are made using silver leaf and a silver marker. Silver is a healing element that, in combination with the energy of a place of power, enhances the therapeutic effect of viewing.

Path of ancestors is sold both as part of a large painting and separately.
