Snow fell in October

Linen canvas on a stretcher. This year, the first snow unexpectedly fell on the golden foliage of autumn and I wanted to convey this incredible combination of colors. The painting was started on location and finished at home. It depicts the Church of St. Sergius of Radonezh in the village of Sukhanovo.
