Biography

About Me. Born in 1984 in Leningrad in a working-class family. I have always had an interest in drawing, as well as a love for cats. From early childhood to this day I love to study: during my school years I watched painting processes on TV, borrowed books on painting from the library, looked at illustrations for fairy tales, and now I buy drawing lessons online. She had a special love for cats. At the age of 11, she brought the first cat of her life from the street. Today I have two of them, and another dog. They are my inspiration and joy. I constantly drew sketches and fantasy stories with cats in the lead role. In 2017, I became acquainted with artistic acrylic by purchasing a master class by Elena Bryzgalova. In 2018, I became a correspondence student at Svetlana Rumak’s art school. Since then I have been drawing pictures on canvas and paper constantly.

2006 – Bachelor of St. Petersburg State University, geologist
2021 – master’s degree from St. Petersburg State University, Institute of Geosciences, geologist
from 2021 to this day – postgraduate studies at the All-Russian Geological Institute named after. Karpinsky
I work as a leading engineer specializing in paleontology and stratigraphy at the Institute. Karpinsky in St. Petersburg. Area of professional interest is paleopalynology (the science of fossil spores and pollen) and algal flora of the past (fossil marine and freshwater microalgae). I write reports, articles, participate in conferences, and work on my Ph.D. dissertation.

The main theme of creativity. Merger, unity, human contact with nature. The main characters I chose were a cat for the role of “nature”, and a woman or child for the role of “person”. In my opinion, it is women and children who are capable of being sensual guides, entering into communication with plants and animals, and being guided by the sixth sense, and not by reason. A hug with a cat is true happiness, accessible to everyone. In this I see the harmony of man and nature.
