Biography

Born and raised in Moscow. Unlike other artists, drawing was not my serious hobby as a child. I was doing great: I could easily portray what I wanted and treated it as a given. School teachers noticed my abilities and often sent me to the city drawing Olympiads, where I won prizes. Later I joined the school editorial board.

Thoughts about my career and future convinced me that it is important to get the "right" profession. Therefore, I entered the Moscow Aviation Institute and received an excellent economic education. Thanks to his thirst for exact sciences, he was able to build a career as an economist, worked diligently and devoted himself entirely to work. Only occasionally, in order to break away from the hustle and bustle, to be alone with my own thoughts, to express the fullness of feelings and moods, I returned to my favorite painting.

Time passed and every year creativity took up more and more of my time and effort and, as a result, replaced all other activities. I liked that it was possible to convey beauty, emotions, thoughts and feelings through paintings.

Independently, thanks to hard work, mistakes and incredible efforts, I comprehended the school of painting. To hone the technique, I copied the works of world-famous masters. I tried to work in different genres and techniques until I realized that most of all I like to work in the direction of painting — "realism".

One day it became clear to me that drawing had gone beyond a hobby and had become a part of life. The lack of higher art education did not prevent me from becoming a member of the Creative Union of Professional Artists in 2015 and proudly accepting my vocation.

In my work, I use the technique of oil painting, which is familiar to me, it helps to reflect the entire palette of colors that nature and man create. I don't give preference to a particular genre: I love landscapes, still lifes, miniatures and work a little with portrait painting.

When creating each of the works, I feel incredible happiness and get pleasure when I put the final touches.
