Christmas divination

Mystical painting, made in the manner of expressionism and elements of cubism. The lady in red holds a card that determines the fate of the characters: a woman in white, a soldier in a helmet. They are surrounded by falling portraits of people. Animals and objects: black cat; cow as a symbol of maternal instinct; skull and masks as symbols of the frailty of being. The hands of a white woman hold an egg as a symbol of life. The color palette consists of active contrasting colors: red, magenta, azure, blue and yellow. In an oil painting, the elements are in constant motion. The painting continues the traditions of Russian avant-garde and analytical art of Pavel Filonov.
