Summer landscape with a river

Plein-air summer landscape with a river is painted in oil on a linen canvas from nature. The picture shows the natural state of the weather. The suns rays illuminate individual branches of trees and shrubs, and also fall on a dried fallen tree. The suns glare from the water is reflected on the tree trunks closest to the water. The old bark on the fallen tree has not yet fallen off everywhere and in places hangs from the trunk of the tree. The blue leaves of aspens fall on the water and slowly float along the river in small boats. Old reeds are stuck between the branches of a fallen tree and do not let the leaves float freely, but some still manage to slip through the barrier.
