Spring on the river

Spring village landscape oil painted in the open air for 3 sessions. Then the small details are finalized in the studio. The painting plein-air landscape on the river depicts an early morning in a village by the river. The old suspension bridge no longer connects the two banks of the same village. But the gardens still bloom every spring, and the river always carries its spring waters to the far, far sea. The painting spring in the village is painted on a linen canvas on a modular stretcher.
