Biography

"Don't be afraid to be different. Be afraid to be the same'" - is my motto!

My name is Lena Langer and at the moment I'm studying on the course "Contemporary Artist", and also take an active part in exhibitions and competitions among creative artists. Since 2022 I have been a member of the Artists Trade Union of Russia and Eurasian Art Union.

There are three foundations on which is my creative Universe rests:
* ideas,* experiments,* courage.
Without the first, there will be no second, and without the third, there will be no result.

My paintings are emotional narratives, not a literal representation of the natural word, but rather abstract accounts of my reactions to the world around me, the movement of life, color and sound. I immerse myself in the art process as if in meditation in order to create on a white canvas a “different” landscape, “different” images of people, a “different” world.


The mixture of different materials is feature of my works. My favorites in creativity are acrylic paints, texture paste and gold leaf. Often enjoying an "explosion" of colours, also I find working with a limited palette equally thrilling.


I have several series, such as "Faceless", "Calming colors", "Totems"and abstract interior pannos in mixed media. You can see each artwork on this gallery. My artworks are presented in variety of different sizes and themes, which can be freely matched in various spaces in the house or make a great gift for any holiday.
