Abramtsevo Estate. Vorya river

The sketch was made on the bank of the Vory River on the territory of the Abramtsevo estate.
In impressionist style the author presents his vision of this rather popular place among artists.
The weather that day was changeable, there were clouds all over the sky, which sometimes covered the sun. There were ripples on the surface of the water, interrupting the reflections with a zarkal shine.
There are no emphasised dominants in the painting. Here the composition is as if assembled from the usual elements of Russian nature - sky, forest, water.
